What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead agile teams in SaaS or public-sector environments, owning Scrum/Kanban execution and KPI/SLA delivery while coordinating Dev, Architecture, and DevOps to remove blockers and ship quality releases.

I’m a Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager with 9+ years of experience leading agile teams across SaaS, B2B platforms, banking, and public sector environments. I facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and manage multiple squads simultaneously, bridging communication between Development, Architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

I focus on measurable delivery outcomes—managing KPI and SLA performance, tracking sprint completion rates, support resolution SLAs, and estimation accuracy. With a B.Sc. in Computer Science, I engage confidently in technical discussions and quickly understand engineering dependencies.

In my current role, I lead 2–3 technical squads, manage Jira backlogs end-to-end (user stories, acceptance criteria, ticket status), coordinate resource allocation across cross-team dependencies, and run pre-release functional validation to ensure delivery quality before deployments. I’m also certified as a Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC) and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and I continually improve planning, predictability, and risk management using Jira, Confluence, and visualization tools.
