What I'm looking for

I'm looking to return to a leadership-focused career and transition my experience into Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Operations within an international environment.

At Marktlokal, I took sole responsibility for cocktail and drinks menu development, from creative concept and recipe creation through presentation and implementation. I also handled day-to-day bar operations, staff support, inventory, and payroll-related tasks.

At The Jar, I managed daily operations for a 700-capacity, three-storey venue serving brunch, dinner, and late-night nightclub guests. I led recruitment, onboarding, and team development, and managed payroll and staff administration.

At Mary's, I progressed from Bar Supervisor to Bar Manager within two weeks, overseeing daily operations across two bars. I introduced a cocktail programme, trained the team in its preparation and service, and coordinated live music and events.
