What I'm looking for
I’m an ICT technical support professional with hands-on attachment experience supporting users, networks, and enterprise systems. I’ve worked across LAN/WAN connectivity, data backups, and day-to-day system troubleshooting to keep services running smoothly.
In my East African School of Aviation attachment (May–Aug 2024), I configured Microsoft OS, software, computers, printers, and Dynamics NAV 2018 ERP while managing LAN/WAN connectivity and data backups. I also delivered direct user training and guidance for system users on the EASA E-citizen portal and student management systems, and supported biometric implementations.
Previously, at the Ministry of Education attachment (May–Aug 2023), I maintained department networks, resolved hardware and software issues, and configured systems to ensure reliable digital connectivity for staff. I also conducted data backups, managed user accounts, and supported deployment of administrative software and portal tools.
Beyond support work, I’m motivated by practical problem-solving and communication—translating technical concepts for beginners, documenting processes, and improving operations through clear guidance. I’m currently building my foundation in computer science (BSc Computer Science, Meru University of Science and Technology) and I’m excited to grow in roles where my systems support and user-focused troubleshooting can directly impact real outcomes.
