What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply qualitative research strategy, interviews, and synthesis to digital products where evidence can shape actionable recommendations and improve user experiences.

I've led UX research for ASD123's clinician-supported speech-development app, adapting it for independent at-home use. My research informed two recommendations implemented in the launched product, and founder follow-up reported increased user engagement.

I plan and conduct interviews, recruit participants, synthesize qualitative findings, and triangulate evidence with competitive and secondary research. My work spans digital products, legal services, community programs, and consumer-facing environments, including personal-injury case strategy at the Law Office of Ralph C. Petty and policy field research with the Rio Grande International Studies Center.

I've also built a private-chef business across multiple markets, bringing a practical, client-centered approach to understanding needs and improving experiences.
