In my current role, I deliver technical and non-technical support via chat, phone calls, and email. I specialize in troubleshooting, request management, and guiding customers through product selection, while delivering support for more than 10 product families.

I also support customers with configuration, usage, and optimization of smart ID devices, ensuring solutions are accurate and actionable. When cases require deeper review, I escalate complex issues to specialized departments to protect continuity and service quality.

I maintain detailed, accurate records of interactions and keep databases constantly updated. I follow security policies, data privacy, and customer confidentiality regulations to ensure compliant, trustworthy support.
