What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support customers, coordinate operations, manage client communication, and improve workflows using administrative, CRM, and cloud-based tools.

At Discovered Pictures, I manage administrative, customer support, and sales outreach workflows, from organized Google Workspace records to proposals, pitch decks, contracts, lead follow-up, and customer onboarding. I also handle client queries through email and chat, track milestones, resolve post-service issues, and support invoicing, expenses, and vendor communication.
