I'm seeking an opportunity in financial services where I can contribute my customer service, reservation management, communication, and problem-solving skills while continuing to develop professionally.

At itel on the Avis Account, I assist customers with vehicle reservations, booking changes, cancellations, and concerns while maintaining accurate reservation details in a fast-paced environment.

I've also built customer service and business organization skills through my self-employed hairstyling work, managing appointments, payments, and client communication. My experience at Island Grill added food service, food preparation, cleanliness, and safety procedures, and I'm preparing to pursue tertiary education while seeking to grow in financial services.
