I've spent 11 years in the U.S. Coast Guard leading, mentoring, and training people in high-pressure environments. As an Instructor, I planned and delivered military training for 360+ U.S. and international students annually while managing program flow, facilities, equipment, and supplies.
I'm transitioning through a SkillBridge fellowship and seeking flexible opportunities in leadership development, training, coaching, consulting, and program support. I also founded Ember & Aster, building an e-commerce brand from concept through launch, marketing, sales, customer engagement, and ongoing optimization.
