I have a proven track record of utilizing adult learning principles to maximize participant outcomes, and I have successfully implemented robust onboarding programs and compliance training.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, having served as Command Senior Chief in the U.S. Navy and as a Training & Development Manager for Monogram Foods. My experience includes developing specialized training modules and overseeing a dedicated team of trainers. I pride myself on my ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments and have delivered hundreds of presentations and training sessions, fostering professional relationships with both customers and team members.
