What I'm looking for

I am seeking roles where I can design and deliver technical training, develop instructors, and improve program performance in operational or corporate learning environments.

I am a Learning & Development specialist with extensive experience designing, delivering, and evaluating technical and tactical training for naval aviation operations. I hold formal instructional credentials and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

Throughout my naval career I have developed and delivered advanced MH-60R and ASW curricula, trained and certified instructors, and mentored aircrew in high-stakes environments, including international training with allied forces. I have been selected for elite instructor roles and awarded for leadership and program management.

I bring expertise in curriculum design, instructional evaluation, cross-cultural instruction, and training program management, and I seek to apply these skills to improve readiness, performance, and leader development in operational or organizational learning roles.
