What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles in early childhood education where I can grow programs, build community partnerships, lead curriculum and professional development, and use data to improve outcomes.

I am an accomplished early childhood education leader with over 20 years of experience in program management, community engagement, and educational innovation. I currently serve as Director of Little Friends Preschool while pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.

I lead operations for programs serving infants through preschool, overseeing staff, budgets, curriculum implementation, and accreditation-aligned practices. I design professional development and apply Universal Design for Learning (UDL) frameworks to improve instructional outcomes and inclusion.

I have built and strengthened partnerships with schools, arts organizations, and community partners to expand enrichment opportunities and scale programs. My background includes founding a music-education initiative, delivering consultative solutions in K–12 curriculum sales, and managing multi-site improvement projects using data-driven strategies.

I am skilled at translating research into actionable program improvements, maintaining high family retention through strong communication, and producing training and assessment resources adopted by partner organizations. I seek roles where I can lead program growth, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and drive measurable improvements in early learning.
