At Primrose School at Macland Pointe, I sustain 85–95% enrollment capacity, manage daily operations across 9 classrooms, and maintain 100% compliance with Georgia licensing, health, and safety regulations.

I lead the enrollment journey from family inquiry through onboarding, support staffing and scheduling for 30 teachers, and partner on training that strengthens collaboration, performance, and retention. With nearly 15 years spanning classroom instruction and center operations, I create safe, inclusive learning environments while building trusted relationships with families and communities.
