I’m looking for a role where I can use my banking customer service strengths, strong organization, and administrative support to deliver timely, accurate service—solving client issues and keeping operations running smoothly in a professional team.

I’m an ambitious, energetic professional with a detail-oriented approach and strong administrative, clerical, and front-desk support experience in fast-paced environments. In my role at ABSA Bank Ghana Limited, I served as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, account issues, and financial transactions while ensuring compliance with financial and operational procedures.

I maintain high standards of customer care by resolving complaints, updating accurate client documentation, and supporting smooth daily branch operations through scheduling, filing, and effective coordination between departments. Earlier experience also strengthened my communication and service mindset through aviation security document profiling, and through a Ministry of Foreign Affairs internship where I supported translation, reception, and call handling.
