What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level role where I can contribute strong administrative, customer service, communication, and analytical skills while growing professionally.

I've supported banking operations at First Atlantic Bank, monitoring controller loans, following up with customers, and maintaining audit-ready recovery records.

I also assisted with account opening, customer onboarding, document preparation, customer enquiries, and day-to-day operations.

During my internship with the Ghana Revenue Authority's Taxpayer Services Unit, I organised taxpayer documents and responded to enquiries promptly and courteously.

With a BA in Public Administration and Information Studies, plus training in Human Resources Analytics and Digital Marketing, I'm ready to grow in an entry-level administrative or customer-focused role.
