Belinda Mirekua

At FIRST BANK GHANA, I welcomed clients and responded to first-level enquiries as part of daily branch operations. I also directed clients to the appropriate departments and services.

I assisted with customer account documentation, verification, and records management in line with established banking procedures. I handled confidential customer information and financial records with discretion.

My experience also includes providing administrative support to senior staff and assisting with routine branch activities. I’m seeking a remote Virtual Assistant role supporting email and document workflows, scheduling, record keeping, and day-to-day administration.
