I’m a driven commerce student who brings hands-on experience in administrative and front office functions. I’m known for resilience and for balancing academic and personal responsibilities efficiently.

In my role as a Front Office Receptionist, I managed front office operations and attended to clients professionally. I handled telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries, while maintaining records, files, and office documents in an organized manner.

I also scheduled appointments and coordinated daily office activities, supporting smoother operations every day. I assisted in preparing reports and handling administrative duties, applying a dependable, detail-focused approach to my work.

Alongside practical experience, I’m building my business foundation through a Bachelor of Commerce and ongoing CPA studies, with additional training in computer applications. I’m proactive and keen to contribute meaningfully, committed to providing excellent support in a dynamic organization.
