I’m a result-driven, self-driven, ambitious, and analytical professional with a strong desire to prosper in every work I venture into. I pride myself as a true team player with good interpersonal and analytical skills, and I’m a fast learner focused on delivering value.

I pursued a Diplomain Catering and Accommodation Management (September 2021 to August 2024), which strengthened my academic foundation for service delivery and hospitality operations. I also bring a proactive mindset and a willingness to continuously improve through practice.

I gained hands-on experience as a Waitress at MT. KENYASAFARI HALTHOTEL (September 2022 to December 2022). In this role, I focused on service management, guest relation in housekeeping, problem solving, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting food production and service and safety.

More recently, I worked as a receptionist/customer service/host at NKASIRI ADVENTURE PARK (September 2024 to present) in Kitengela. I use time management, multi-tasking, adaptability, data management, teamwork, event hosting, and handling enquiries to ensure guests feel welcomed and supported.
