I'm supporting the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Executive Board at ICMA, managing governance operations, board elections, onboarding, executive-office workflows, and a team of program management assistants.

Previously, I directed the City of Newton Clerk's department, leading 15 full-time staff and more than 250 seasonal election workers. As Chief Elections Administrator for 60,000 registered voters, I oversaw federal, state, and local elections, introduced Vote-by-Mail procedures, supported 24 Councilmembers, and managed public records, budgets, procurement, and office reorganization.

In Mukilteo and Oakmont, I advised municipal leaders, managed records, risk, ADA transition planning, council operations, employees, budgets, grants, facilities, and modernization initiatives. I secured more than $141,000 in grants and helped reduce municipal operational expenses by 10% through technology modernization.

My earlier work at UPMC, the University of Pittsburgh, and Seminole County Clerk of Courts built my foundation in grant administration, HR, financial oversight, court operations, and team supervision. I hold an MPPM and Certified Municipal Clerk credential.
