I'm seeking operations, administrative coordination, client success, corporate management, or project success roles where I can improve processes, support teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth.

I'm supporting operations across five Jersey Mike’s Subs franchise locations, supervising five general managers and teams of 40–100 employees. Through operational improvements, client relationships, and local marketing, I've helped increase store sales by approximately 5–10% within three months.

I coordinate high-volume catering, payroll, staffing, scheduling, audits, and workforce support while building partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations. I also train and mentor management teams and catering staff to maintain consistent service and operational standards.
