I’m a motivated, customer-focused professional with experience in customer service, retail operations, social media management, and remote mental health support. I’m currently pursuing a Diploma in Counselling Psychology, driven by a strong passion for helping people and solving problems.

In my current role as a Mental Health Support Volunteer (Remote), I provide remote support while maintaining confidentiality. I assist with engagement and administration, ensuring people feel heard and supported.

Previously, I worked as a Social Media Assistant, managing content, responding to inquiries, and creating Canva content to support marketing. I enjoy combining clear communication with practical problem solving to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

I also have hands-on Shop Attendant / Sales Assistant experience, supporting customer service, sales, inventory, and transactions. I bring reliability, professionalism, and a focus on positive outcomes to every interaction.
