I’m looking to partner with tech leadership on hiring and talent programs, using KPI-driven performance, coaching, and employer branding to boost engagement, strengthen delivery, and improve retention across international teams.

I’m a Senior IT Recruiter & People Partner for IT teams, leading programs that enhance employee engagement and performance through continuous improvement. I run performance reviews, set and monitor KPIs, and provide coaching and mentorship to help people grow and reach their career goals. I also manage resource allocation and support talent acquisition, development, and retention across diverse international teams.

Earlier in my path, I led end-to-end IT recruitment, onboarding, and team training—on one occasion sourcing and hiring ten developers spanning backend, frontend, and DevOps under tight deadlines. I’ve also built a strong HR foundation through roles in recruitment and HR, plus training in labor legislation, REVISAL, and GDPR compliance, so I can combine people impact with process excellence.
