At Switch’d Electric, I manage electrical-project permit processes, company operations, financial records, tax filings, payroll, benefits, scheduling, insurance, and compliance for a team of ten electricians.

I helped support 160% revenue growth from FY22 to FY23, taking the business to more than $1MM in revenue. I also respond to RFPs, generate quotes, and ensure electricians maintain current certifications and complete needed upskilling.

I built and actively maintain the company website, then proposed and launched a sub-company site positioning the business as a local EV charger installation leader. Using generative AI, I created SEO-focused blog content, enabled lead capture, and developed a lead-scoring system.

Alongside operations work, I create original art through C. Echeverria Fine Art and previously served as an archivist and historian at Coach, where I maintained historical pieces, supported the publication of Coach: A History of New York Cool, and led VIP and employee archive tours.
