What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance-focused role where I can deliver accurate payments and reconciliations while supporting customers professionally. I value clear processes, continuous improvement, and opportunities to grow with strong teamwork.

I’m a Financial Analyst with a strong accounting foundation, focused on processing payments, reconciling accounts payable, and keeping invoicing accurate. I bring a careful, detail-driven approach to solving discrepancies and maintaining clean financial records.

In my current role, I process payments, reconcile accounts payable statements, and review incoming invoices to ensure correct processing. I investigate invoice discrepancies thoroughly and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex problems when needed.

Before that, I built customer-facing strength as a Service Advisor and Customer Service Representative—handling inquiries, processing orders, returns, and payments, and providing product guidance. I’m comfortable supporting customers remotely, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through excellent service.

I also gained operational experience through quality and administrative work, conducting inspections, documenting quality activities, scheduling, and preparing professional communications. Along the way, I completed training in Artificial Intelligence and Project Management with Agile methodology fundamentals, strengthening how I plan and execute tasks.
