What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global programs, workforce operations, supplier governance, and cross-functional transformation initiatives where I can improve processes, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable operational results.

At Smith & Nephew, I lead a US$2M+ global contingent workforce program supporting approximately 500 consultants across six countries in the Americas. I partner with Procurement, HR, Finance, Legal, executive stakeholders, and more than 30 business leaders to deliver workforce operations.

I've led a regional Managed Service Provider implementation, standardizing contractor operations through Workday and SAP Fieldglass. I manage strategic staffing suppliers, lead executive QBRs, and report on KPIs, spend, compliance, supplier performance, utilization, and operational risks.

My IBM experience spans workforce staffing, performance management, contractor lifecycle operations, and global process leadership supporting more than 3,000 contractors. I've built dashboards, governance documentation, SOPs, training programs, and reporting that improve visibility and operational efficiency.

I bring an Industrial Engineering background and a practical focus on program governance, customer engagement, financial tracking, process improvement, and cross-functional delivery in global English-speaking environments.
