What I'm looking for

I'm looking to settle into an office environment where I can apply my hospitality, management, logistics, and customer support skills, build long-term roots, and help people and operations run smoothly.

I've delivered hospitality-driven service to hundreds of JetBlue passengers daily, serving as a primary point of contact for needs ranging from IT issues to medical events. I'm now looking to bring my customer service, logistics, and operational coordination skills into a grounded office environment.

At Karas and Karas, I maintained vendor relationships, inventory processes, and order logistics from quoting and invoicing through delivery and installation, while creating systems that streamlined ordering. My earlier leadership in retail and coordination work at The History Project strengthened my ability to manage operations, build trust, and support people with care.
