I verified Medicare coverage requirements, explained benefits and documentation clearly, and worked directly with physician offices to obtain prescriptions, chart notes, and supporting records needed to release orders. I also investigated held and pending orders, resolving documentation, authorization, and eligibility gaps while protecting PHI in a remote HIPAA-compliant environment.

Currently at LanguageLine Solutions (Teleperformance), I provide real-time English–Spanish interpretation for medical, insurance, and business calls. I maintain confidentiality, impartiality, accurate terminology, schedule adherence, and call-quality standards in a high-volume remote queue.
