What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role with an international company where I can apply my bilingual communication, customer service, and organizational skills. I’m available for evening shifts from approximately 3:00 PM Mexico time.

I've supported customers at Atento Servicios through phone calls and online chat, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests in a fast-paced call center environment.

I also managed collection calls and communicated payment-related information clearly and professionally. I documented customer interactions, followed established procedures, and completed case follow-ups when needed.

Through daily customer contact, I've built strong active listening, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.

I'm currently pursuing a degree in International Trade and Customs, with studies in logistics, customs procedures, international trade, supply chain management, and business communication. I'm available for remote evening shifts with an international company.
