Candyce User

I am an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, customer support, administration, behavioral health, research, and business management. After several years living and working in Japan, I have returned to the United States and am now seeking remote opportunities where I can apply my communication, organization, problem-solving, and client support skills.

Since 2019, I have owned and operated an English education business in Japan, where I managed customer communication, scheduling, curriculum development, payments, program coordination, and daily operations. My previous experience has also included supporting students and families, maintaining confidential records, conducting assessments and interviews, coordinating services, and working with people from a variety of cultural and professional backgrounds.

I hold a master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy and am currently completing a PhD in Forensic Psychology. My doctoral work has strengthened my research, interviewing, data analysis, writing, and attention-to-detail skills.

I am particularly interested in remote opportunities in customer service, customer support, client services, administrative support, virtual assistance, operations, research support, and program coordination. I am dependable, adaptable, comfortable learning new technology, and experienced in working independently while maintaining professional communication and high-quality service.
