What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer service role where my communication, problem-solving, and psychology background help me understand needs quickly and provide excellent support, including handling challenging situations with empathy, organization, and professionalism.

I bring a psychology foundation with an AA in Psychology and a BS in Psychology, and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis. I’m drawn to work where strong communication and empathy directly improve outcomes for people who need support.

As a Supportive Living Coach (2019–2024), I provide compassionate one-on-one guidance that enhances independence through personalized daily support, life skills development, and goal setting. I also handle documentation and reporting, and I’ve built crisis management and de-escalation skills to respond with sensitivity and professionalism.

I’ve expanded my leadership and instructional experience as a Director and Teacher, managing staff and classroom activities while training, mentoring, and fostering a positive environment. Across roles—including Direct Support Professional work and an ABA-focused internship—I consistently apply active listening, problem-solving, and structured programs to help people overcome challenges and reach meaningful milestones.
