Camille Defillon

I've spent over nine years advising transport, energy and logistics clients in France and the UK, most recently as a Manager at Sia Partners in London. I lead complex, cross-functional delivery spanning IT and non-IT projects, roadmaps, benchmarking and operational transformation.

My work includes securing £25M in public funding for a European distribution network operator, supporting a railway operator's 2030 IS roadmap, and leading GDPR compliance audits and implementation for European airlines.

I've led teams of up to four consultants, line-managed two consultants, mentored three others, and managed key accounts across the UK and Ireland. I'm now looking for a Madrid-based role from September 2026 where I can bring my project management, process improvement and stakeholder leadership experience.
