What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global workforce planning, delivery operations and business transformation where I can improve utilisation, forecasting, resource strategy and operational performance for complex enterprise programmes.

At Strada, I lead workforce planning and resource management for global HR, Payroll and Digital Transformation programmes, supporting portfolios valued up to €400 million.

I manage resource strategy for 2,500–3,000 consultants across 10+ global regions, partnering with Directors and Delivery Leaders to improve utilisation, forecasting, capacity planning and delivery performance for enterprise clients including Shell, HSBC, Exxon, Unilever and Pfizer.

I also build onboarding programmes, deliver training on P&L systems and KPI reporting, and produce executive workforce dashboards in Power BI to help teams manage risk, demand and operational change.
