Led continuous improvement activities within Operations, managing seven CI agents alongside responsibilities as Bid Pricing Manager. Developed work instructions, huddle boards, SIPOC analyses, A3 reviews, target conditions and value stream maps.

Configured and priced broadband solutions for the Spanish and Italian markets in coordination with Sales and technical teams. Acted as backup Team Leader, coordinating workloads and supporting major bids.
