I’m looking for a role where I can be efficient, accurate, assertive, and dependable—using my detail orientation and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment that supports learning new skills.

I’m a detail-oriented customer service professional who efficiently multitasks and learns new skills quickly. I bring excellent customer service, analytical, and communication skills, and I strive to be efficient, accurate, assertive, and dependable in any position within an organization.

In my current role at Trane Technologies (Sept. 2021–Present), I work in customer service and have continued through advanced training and responsibilities that reflect my ability to stay reliable in fast-paced environments. I support smooth front-to-back communication and service delivery for customers.

My background also includes medical front office and patient communications, including responsibilities like calling patients prior to major or minor procedures, pre-registering, collecting co-pays, and confirming demographic and insurance information. I’ve handled billing coordination and payment processing, ensuring information is correct before it’s used for care and administrative workflows.

Earlier roles strengthened my core operating skills in administration and cash-handling accuracy. I served as an Administrative Assistant and previously worked as a Teller at US Bank, balancing cash drawers, verifying signatures and amounts, and entering transactions into computers to issue receipts and maintain end-of-shift accuracy.
