I’m looking for a customer service role where I can use my organizational strength, data entry accuracy, and bilingual communication to resolve issues quickly and professionally—so customers feel supported and satisfied.

I’m a customer service professional with over 5 years of experience across healthcare, retail, and court administration, fluent in English and Spanish. I bring strong organizational skills, careful attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction through clear communication and dependable follow-through.

In my current Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist role at U.S. Bank, I respond to telephone and email inquiries, research and resolve issues—including fraud support and internet operations—and help customers by liaising with internal departments to address more complex problems. I also build product and process expertise so I can accurately explain rates, terms, fees, and applicable regulations while using multiple systems to support account-related questions.

Previously, I worked as a Patient Service Representative at Conifer Health Solutions, where I completed full patient registration, ensured compliance with financial and cash control policies, verified insurance/eligibility, obtained authorizations, and coordinated post-discharge care as needed. Before that, I served as a Court Clerk for the City of Tucson—processing and maintaining court files, entering data into a case management system, and recording, receipting, and disbursing court-collected monies—building a foundation of accuracy, professionalism, and process-driven problem-solving.
