Before hospitality, I spent 20 years as a self-employed owner-manager of a dairy farm, overseeing all aspects of operations—from logistics to staff leadership, daily herd management, milk production, financial planning, equipment maintenance, and long-term business sustainability. That ownership mindset translates directly into how I schedule, train, and supervise staff, monitor day-to-day business operations, and keep service smooth and efficient while maintaining a top-tier standard.
