I'm looking to lead bar teams, train hospitality staff, improve service standards, and create memorable fine-dining guest experiences.

I've led bar operations at Steak 48, 9 Prime, and Townehouse, building teams, training staff, and delivering polished fine-dining service. At Steak 48, I was promoted within two months to lead bartender and bar trainer.

At 9 Prime, I set up two main bars for opening, created bartender and bar-back training programs, and developed cocktail recipes. I've also managed payroll, hiring, schedules, maintenance, and staff education as an Assistant General Manager.
