Caitlin Cotter
@caitlincotter
I lead healthcare AI, digital products, and enterprise clinical transformation programs.
What I'm looking for
My career spans program management, executive support, and product-adjacent AI work in healthcare, with experience ranging from steering committee-level program leadership to hands-on governance facilitation to direct executive partnership. What connects it all is getting complex, cross-functional initiatives executed, whether that means building a process from nothing, managing a vendor relationship, or preparing what an executive needs to walk into a room and make a decision.
At Jefferson Health, one of the nation’s largest health systems, I currently lead enterprise clinical transformation and AI governance initiatives across portfolios including AI-enabled patient engagement, clinical quality abstraction, population health, revenue cycle transformation, and transitions of care. I partnered with our Chief Quality Officer to stand up the enterprise governance structure for agentic voice AI across the organization, and I own its facilitation, content development, meeting prep, and follow-through, including intake frameworks, clinical safety review, and TCPA compliance. I’ve also served as project lead for an AI-assisted SEP-1 sepsis abstraction platform, a co-development effort with an external vendor that cut manual abstraction time by 50% per case, and managed development and implementation of an internally developed AI application that identified over 800 high-risk patients for clinical outreach and intervention.
My program work runs end to end: strategy, roadmap development, vendor co-development, implementation planning, risk and dependency management, benefit realization tracking, and Epic system integrations across project teams. On the executive side, I partner closely with our Chief Quality Officer and the Senior Vice President of Clinical Improvement and Transformation, planning national-level executive events and preparing executive-level presentations and communications. I’m currently completing my PMP certification.
