What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can consolidate communication across teams, lead UX and design systems that scale globally, and explore opportunities to refine and evolve product ecosystems.

Over the past 17 years, I've worked across startups, big corps, software companies and science & tech institutes, delivering solutions for Brazilian and international markets. Along the way, I've led projects and design groups, built DesignOps practices and partnered connecting disciplines (that are often treated separately) to drive impact in many forms - usually orchestrating digital solutions and organizational capabilities.

My work combines Strategic Design, Systems Thinking, Design Engineering and emerging technologies to turn ambiguity into meaningful and practical outcomes. Currently this is being all about AI adoption across teams and processes, as well as teaching and providing different ways to automate and recreate deliverables formats and timing.
