What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can consolidate communication across teams, lead UX and design systems that scale globally, and explore opportunities to visualize what’s next—while building a design culture grounded in diversity, equity, and critical thinking.

I’m a UX expert and Lead Designer who builds design cultures and bridges communication between teams, then turns ideas into clear, scalable experiences. At Ambev Tech, I helped establish a Design department for the tech hub, growing it to 65 people while reinforcing diversity, equity, and critical thinking.

Previously, at Philips, I served as a Senior UX Designer across EMR & Cardiology Informatics, aligning regulatory needs, healthcare context, human factors, and business constraints. I led work that achieved high-quality collaboration with local and global teams, including foundational UX-driven automation of software building that still supports new platforms. Earlier, as a Front-end Developer / Web & UX Designer, I delivered digital products and used that development perspective to make UX improvements feasible for engineering teams.
