What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead design systems and Design Ops in complex, multi-platform product environments—pairing craft with measurable outcomes. I want to align design, product, and engineering through strong governance, workflows, and product metrics.

I’m a Product Designer with over 15 years of experience in end-to-end product design, design systems, and interaction design. I work across the full product cycle—from discovery and concept through validation and delivery—always prioritizing visual design, interaction quality, and craft.

I led the creation and scaling of Flora, Grupo Boticário’s design system, now supporting 100+ squads across a multi-brand, multi-technology environment (React and Flutter). I worked hands-on beyond the system itself, designing and shipping digital products and features with product squads, while driving measurable reductions in cycle time and improvements in customer and internal user experiences.

My expertise spans Interaction Design, Visual Design, Design Systems, Design Ops, and product metrics.
