What I'm looking for

I’m seeking full-time employment where I can lead business operations, support customers effectively, and improve e-commerce workflows through strong organization, accurate records, and reliable order fulfillment.

I’m an operations administrator who keeps e-commerce businesses running smoothly—handling day-to-day processes, improving fulfillment, and protecting customer satisfaction. I manage order processing, inventory control, and customer communications across email and social platforms.

In my current role, I coordinate purchasing, vendor communications, and product sourcing to maintain inventory levels and support seasonal product launches. I also maintain accurate financial records, track expenses, process invoices, and monitor sales performance to guide business growth.

I strengthen execution by overseeing website administration, including product listings, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns across e-commerce and social media. I’ve developed organizational systems that streamline workflows, improve order fulfillment, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Before this, I worked remotely as a customer support representative in a fast-paced environment. I handled high volumes of inbound calls and emails, used SAP to review customer accounts and process orders/shipments, and resolved order discrepancies by troubleshooting and coordinating with internal departments.
