At Citi, I lead and mentor a team of 15+ consultants delivering projects across ERM, Finance CRO and ICRM. I manage the 128-model inventory for Consent Order Regulatory Business Critical Milestones, applying Citi Data Governance standards to support regulatory reporting.
I also designed and piloted a GenAI QA Scorecard that cut manual review time by 50%, and built a Claude-based workflow that turns static process maps into interactive HTML maps. Earlier at Citibank, I stood up an Operations PMO across 12 Agile teams and helped deliver $4.1MM in savings.
At CIT, I led the migration of 500K+ accounts onto FlexAbility, with data validation and reconciliation to ensure accurate billing at go-live. My background also includes banking, mortgage and capital markets work at TIAA Bank / EverBank, including ownership of a $28MM mortgage loan loss reserve model.
