What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote Customer Success role where I can support onboarding, product adoption, retention, customer education, and proactive problem-solving while continuing to grow my CRM and Customer Success expertise.

I've managed client relationships end-to-end as an independent ghostwriter and client partner, retaining 8 of 10 personally acquired clients while supporting clients across the US and UK. I clarify requirements, manage feedback, and stay involved until customer problems are resolved.

At Jolax Global Concept, I've contributed to 500+ long-form projects and train around 23 participants each quarter in writing, editing, and practical AI use. I build onboarding guides, structured training materials, and Q&A resources that make complex processes easier to follow independently.

I'm building practical Customer Success capability through a comprehensive playbook covering onboarding, adoption, health scoring, churn prevention, QBRs, customer education, and success metrics. I use HubSpot CRM, Zendesk, Asana, and AI tools to improve customer communication, workflow efficiency, and service delivery.
