What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Operations leadership role where I can own end-to-end execution, strengthen SOPs and workflows, manage clients/vendors and budgets, and drive calm, quality delivery across multiple projects.

I lead end-to-end operations for an interior design business, owning “everything outside of design.” I manage delivery across multiple concurrent projects—schedules, material lists, workflows, and primary client liaison—while handling contracts, quotes, and ongoing communication. I also own financial operations including budgeting, supplier payments, VAT filing, and monthly accounts.

My approach is operationally rigorous and people-centered: I coordinate 7–10 contractors/vendors per project, run crisis response after defaults, supervise night shifts during commercial builds, and apply independent quality checks to keep standards consistent. I’m equally comfortable in growth environments—having built HR frameworks, developed policies/SOPs, and supported team scaling—plus I bring compliance and production discipline from HACCP-focused kitchen operations and hands-on consulting work.
