What I'm looking for
I lead end-to-end operations for an interior design business, owning “everything outside of design.” I manage delivery across multiple concurrent projects—schedules, material lists, workflows, and primary client liaison—while handling contracts, quotes, and ongoing communication. I also own financial operations including budgeting, supplier payments, VAT filing, and monthly accounts.
My approach is operationally rigorous and people-centered: I coordinate 7–10 contractors/vendors per project, run crisis response after defaults, supervise night shifts during commercial builds, and apply independent quality checks to keep standards consistent.
