I’m a mid-level Operations & Process Improvement professional with 2+ years of remote experience in the digital agency space. My core strengths span workflow automation, CRM administration, cross-functional coordination, UI/UX support, and process documentation.

I’ve designed and implemented automated workflows across Zoho CRM and Airtable to eliminate repetitive manual tasks, improving speed and consistency across teams. On one client project, my performance and leadership led to a promotion to Interim Team Leader.

In sales & lead generation, I redesigned end-to-end pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency and outreach accuracy. I mapped processes in LucidChart, configured tools from prospecting through close, built automation to remove manual work, and produced technical documentation and training materials to ensure consistent adoption.

On Portify’s client portal work, I contributed from UI/UX mockups in Figma and wireframes in Balsamiq, then progressed into design leadership by reviewing team submissions for brand consistency. I also supported influencer lead generation and performed structured quality review for an internally built LMS, leveraging AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Manus to accelerate operations and process development.
