What I'm looking for
I’m a Sales Operations Rep III with experience supporting revenue growth through process, reporting, and accurate contract lifecycle management. At TransUnion, I develop training materials, quick reference guides, and SOPs that help teams execute consistently.
I update sales territory routing rules for new leads and existing accounts, and I draft pricing agreements and submit contracts for review and execution. I gather, organize, and input information into CRM software such as Salesforce, then generate reports on customer accounts revenue, product volume, and credit/debit adjustments.
