I’m a purpose-driven business leader with 10+ years of international experience across Brazil, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica, known for scaling operations, building high-performing teams, and aligning profit with purpose. Most recently, I led a full business turnaround—strategic diagnostic, brand repositioning, financial restructuring, team management, and a 3-phase marketing roadmap—while architecting and deploying a full-stack AI-powered ERP from scratch, now live across 15+ modules.
