What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can provide dependable IT support and grow as a junior developer—working with networks, Linux, and real-world systems while collaborating in a structured, feedback-driven team.

I’m an IT student in Network and Systems with a Cisco CCNA certification, combining hands-on technical support with a developer mindset. I bring practical experience troubleshooting connectivity, access, and configuration issues, and I’m skilled in Linux, TCP/IP fundamentals, DHCP, DNS, and programming in Python, JavaScript, Java, and C++.

As a Chief Coordinator for Support & Operations in a remote community, I led a team of moderators and support staff, coordinated server backups, incident response, and performance monitoring, and maintained internal documentation. I also mediated conflicts and ensured quality service by communicating daily with a multilingual team through Discord and Notion.
