At Altice, I monitor and maintain critical Operations Support Systems that support the inventory of network and telecommunications services, including FTTH, ATM, SDH, Ethernet, xDSL, MPLS, IP, GSM, UMTS, and LTE.
I support network performance, quality management, and provisioning, and analyze and resolve application issues. I also administer application access and help ensure contracted SLAs are met.
My work includes Linux (RedHat), shell scripting, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, PL/SQL, Oracle databases, and MongoDB. I also have experience with BMC CTRL-M for z/OS mainframe systems.
Previously, I worked as a Junior Network Administrator at Altice and Millenium BCP. At Millenium BCP, I monitored data and voice networks, configured Cisco equipment for routing and switching, and analyzed network and security events.
