What I'm looking for

I’m transitioning into customer support, back-office, and operations roles, bringing experience from education and training in software quality assurance.

For 15 years, I worked as an early childhood education teacher at various CEIs in São Paulo’s affiliated network. I planned and organized routines and activities, with a focus on quality, deadlines, and individual follow-up.

I communicated with people with different needs, helped resolve conflicts, and adapted my approach to each situation.

I used spreadsheets, presentations, and online forms to organize and track information, and collaborated with teams through changing routines and methodologies.

I’m transitioning into customer support, back-office, and operations roles. Through partial Software Quality Engineering (QA) training at EBAC, I’ve gained practical exposure to VS Code, manual and automated testing, bug documentation, usability, and user experience.
