What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my full-cycle B2B sales experience, commercial construction knowledge, Salesforce training, and MBA in a role focused on winning business and building client relationships.

I've owned the commercial construction bid-to-award cycle at Republic Construction, identifying opportunities, developing proposals and pricing strategies, and taking projects through signed contract.

As Pre-construction Manager, I managed a pipeline of about 30 active projects and bid 3 to 5 projects weekly across four trade scopes. I won work for Sentara, Bon Secours, Riverside Health, Hampton University, and Navy and Air Force facilities.

I bring Salesforce-based sales training, an MBA from William & Mary, and firsthand knowledge of how contractors buy. I also use Bluebeam Revu for takeoffs and work closely with clients, vendors, and project managers from invitation to bid through award.
